About Kerrie Droban
Kerrie Droban received her Juris Doctorate from the University of
Arizona in 1995. She has been admitted to practice law in the United
States District Court of Arizona, the Arizona Supreme Court, Court of
Appeals, Maricopa County Superior Court, and in various
local municipalities. As a former Maricopa County Attorney, she
has worked in criminal defense for over thirteen years and has
litigated major felonies, complex white collar fraud cases and death
penalty matters. Her capital appeal, State v. Timothy Ring
was heard before the United States Supreme Court; the decision
resulted in the remand of over 180 death row cases nationwide. She has
earned numerous awards including the coveted 2008 Department of
Corrections Commissioner's Award for Service from the 14th Annual
National Gang Task Force in Kentucky where she was also a keynote
speaker. She earned her Master’s Degree from The Johns Hopkins
University Writing Seminars and her Master of Fine Arts Degree
from The University of Arizona. Additionally, she earned her
Bachelor's Degree from Union College in Schenectady, New York where
she graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Betta Kappa. Kerrie's law
practice focuses predominantly on criminal defense and family law.
